CROSS COUNTRY CONDITIONING - COED Grades K-6

This program is designed to let kids try out the sport while learning tips on stretches and warmups, strengthening and condition, setting goals and improving their overall endurance and run times. Grades K-3 and 4-6 will have one-hour practices at 6:00 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays beginning Sept.14th.Timed runs will be on Thursdays beginning on Sept. 24th. If you would like to assist as a volunteer, please let the office know as soon as possible - 734-850-6019.  Refunds will only be issued if requested at least 3 days prior to the start of the league. See the refund policy online for additional details. Deadline to register: Sept.11th.  The cost is $75.00.
